"The guy in mask is Kabiru Dallah from angwatashi, obi local government area of Nasarawa state.
He's not an npower beneficiary.
He's a PDP member and supporter of former senator Solomon Adokwe of nasarawa south senatorial zone.
He is know for nothing but trouble maker in the state.
He was finally silent in the state after our able senator Umaru Tanko Almakura defeated his uncle in the 2019 general election.
