GOMBE COVID-19 PATIENT AMONG STUDENTS WRITING SSCE

A final year student of the Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS) Gombe, who has tested positive for Covid-19, on Monday, sat for mathematics as WASSCE begins across the country. 

 The Gombe State Public Health Emergency Operations Centre (PHEOC) released a photo of the student together with his invigilator inside an isolated centre. 

 “Health and education are a priority in Gombe State. 

A final year student of GSSS Gombe tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 and was isolated yesterday, today he is writing Mathematics SSCE while ensuring his invigilator is well protected,” the PHEOC tweeted.
